Mid-cut. The phone rings. Your voice answers anyway.
You're mid-cut. The phone rings. PHINE. picks up in your voice, books the slot on the spot when it's free and the client wants it, and texts you one short brief so you know.
You're part of our pilot run. We selected your business for this pilot. We're not a live product yet.
$20 pilot credit, no card. The number above is a business example line only — it is not your number, and not your pilot number.
One missed call can be a lost booking — and a client who books somewhere else.
$35 — one cut, gone, when nobody picks up.
Tap play and watch a booking happen, line by line. Then call the example line yourself and hear it live.
Call 1 — you call in. We say “Go ahead — talk for about 30 seconds… Say ‘done’ when you’re finished, and I’ll stay quiet until then.” We stay quiet and listen. Say ‘done’, we say “Got it — thank you, that’s your sample. I’ll call you right back in your own voice.” and hang up. Call 2 — we call you back in your own voice and run a booking sample: Friday 4pm, Haircut and Beard, $40 — then the agent guides you to ask more: waitlist, booking, payments, languages, and more, with examples, and asks again after each answer until you say you’re done.
Test only. We'll keep your test voice for 24 hours. After that it will be deleted unless you opt in.
Sarah cancels Friday at 4pm. PHINE. calls the next person waiting for that exact cut — same service, same price — until the slot is filled.
Friday 4pm, Haircut and Beard, $40 opens up.
PHINE. calls Jay in your voice — the exact service, price, and time.
You get one short text telling you it's filled. The chair is full again.
Tap play to watch the slot fill.
Cross-barber handoff is off by default. It turns on only if the whole shop opts in — the owner agrees for the shop, and every barber consents individually. No barber is included without their own say-so.
Your barber is full Friday at 4. The caller asks, “is anybody else available?” — only then does PHINE. check the rest of the shop, for that exact cut, price, and time.
PHINE. never volunteers another barber first. The waitlist for your barber comes first.
Same service, same $40, same hour — free/busy only, no client lists shared.
“Would you like me to pass you along to Marcus?” No means you stay on your barber’s waitlist. Your barber gets a note in their brief either way.
If the other barber doesn’t have PHINE., it’s a front-desk hold — PHINE. says so plainly, and never claims a live booking into their calendar. Squire write-back is not live yet.
One seat across shops: a barber with a seat in two shops has one seat — each shop keeps its own calendar, hours, services, and prices, PHINE. checks both and never double-books, and each owner sees only that shop’s bookings.
PHINE. never takes a card, never charges, and never processes a payment. If a client needs to pay, the agent can send them your own payment link — only if it is confirmed valid — so they complete it themselves.
Only a payment link you provided and confirmed yourself — your Squire, Booksy, Fresha, or Square link. Never invented, never guessed.
If your booking system already sends a payment or deposit link automatically, PHINE. sends nothing — no second link, no double charge.
The client completes payment themselves on your link. PHINE. never holds client money, and never takes payment details on a call.
If no link is on record, or your system already handles it, the agent says so plainly — “The shop will send you their payment link” — and sends nothing.
Deposit-gated bookings: some systems won't make an appointment unless a deposit is paid. In that case the slot is held / pending deposit — not confirmed — until the client pays your confirmed link themselves. Only then is it confirmed. The hold window is set by the shop — default 24 hours from booking. If the deposit isn't paid in that window, the hold releases and the slot goes back to the waitlist. Tattoo artists especially use the 24-hour hold: the deposit holds the date.
Pay in person: a client can also book and pay in person at the shop — no payment link needed. After proposing a booking the agent offers: “You can pay in person when you come in, or I can send you the shop's payment link to pay the deposit now — which would you like?” If they choose in person, the booking is confirmed as pay in person — no deposit hold, no link sent — but paying in person must also happen within the shop's hold window (default 24 hours), or the hold releases. If they choose the link, the deposit-gated flow above applies.
Barbers, by default: no deposit. Most barbers take appointments without a deposit. The agent just asks: “Would you like to prepay now, or pay in store?” Prepay sends the shop's confirmed link (only if the booking system doesn't already send one); pay in store confirms the booking as pay in store — no hold, no deposit window. A deposit gate applies only if that shop set it — tattoo shops especially. Never assume a barber requires a deposit.
It books the slot. Takes the message. You get the brief.
No app to open. No transcript dump. Just the booking, already done, in one short text — you only step in if you opted out to approve-first.
If your hands are on the work when the phone rings, PHINE. is for you.

If the work can't wait for the call, the call shouldn't have to wait for you.
Say your name, or type it in. Speak it for 30 seconds — say ‘done’ when finished, we stay quiet — and we call you back in your own voice. Type it, and the callback stays in a regular voice. No default.
No default — tap one. You can change your mind anytime before your pilot goes live. Regular voice, no clone: Parker (male) — casual, supportive warmth; Ellen (female) — balanced warmth and clarity. Same agent, same rules, either voice.
Five minutes here. Same day, we build it.
Your name, your shop, what you do — and a yes to record your voice for this test only. We stay quiet and listen.
We hang up, make a test-only clone, and call you back — hear yourself answer, run a booking, then the agent guides you to ask more: waitlist, booking, payments, languages, and more. Your callback is queued the moment your sample call ends.
Two short waivers. That's the paperwork.
Your agent, your number — and a text with your profile link.
Put in a name and a mobile number. They call in, talk for 30 seconds, say ‘done’ when finished, we call them back in their voice and run the sample — kept 24 hours then deleted unless they opt in.
Nothing is sent automatically. The invite is queued here — copy it and send it, or Rodman sends it from the backend.
$20 free credit, no card. When it runs out, the service pauses — no surprise bill. 30-day pilot, cancel anytime. Your voice is yours; we never sell it. Full draft available from Rodman.
Your clone is used only for your own agent, and only with your tap-to-agree consent. Your agent says it is your assistant speaking in your voice. We'll keep your test voice for 24 hours. After that it will be deleted unless you opt in. Withdraw anytime and we delete your sample and clone. Full draft available from Rodman.
Your voice and number are handled through our secure agent — consent-gated, owner-only, never sold, never used to train a general model. Pilot-phase safeguards, not a certified system. Medical calls are taken as callback messages only.
Business example line only — not your number, and not your pilot number. Call it and talk for 30 seconds — tell it your name, your shop, and what you do, say ‘done’ when finished. It stays quiet while you talk, then calls you back in your own voice and runs through a booking sample — then ask me anything: waitlist, booking, payments, languages, and more. Test only — we'll keep your test voice for 24 hours. After that it will be deleted unless you opt in.
